Internal use

Snives Hives Drive Archive is provided solely for authorised Snives Hives business administration. It is not a public consumer service.

Authorised access

Users must protect their Google account credentials and use the tool only for legitimate Snives Hives business receipts and expense records. Users must not upload unlawful content, personal material unrelated to business expenses, or files they are not authorised to provide.

Accuracy of records

Users are responsible for providing accurate receipt and expense information. Snives Hives may correct, organise, retain or remove records as needed for business administration, accounting and legal obligations.

Availability

The tool is provided as an internal administrative service and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn when required for operational, security or legal reasons.
